Before the procedure, operators must verify the code key number of the test strip vial. Operators can insert the test strip into the port when the codes match. After that, begin taking blood samples using a lancet device. Apply the blood sample to the test strip’s absorbent hole until the confirmation window is filled with blood. The device will then do a 5-second countdown before providing a result.
