Celercare M5 Benefits
The Celercare M5 uses a unique and complex MNCHIP technology that is derived from aeronautic space technology. Over time, the rigorous and continuous tests allowed Celercare M5 to be one of the most competitive chemical analyzers on the market.
Its unique yet simple process comes from the portable spectrophotometer at its core. Its optical system consists of a xenon arc strobe lamp and a beam splitter/detector capable of reading nine wavelengths. Within the system, a heater maintains the disc at optimal temperature. In addition, reagent discs were developed based on microfluidic technology. The disc contains 30 cuvettes filled with diluted plasma or diluent.
To perform a battery of tests, the operator applies approximately 100 µL of whole blood directly to the disc. Using centrifugal and capillary forces, the disc weighs the required amount of blood, plasma, and diluents. It also separates red blood cells and mixes liquids, dispenses liquids into reaction cuvettes, and mixes reagent and diluted plasma. cuvette. The analyzer simultaneously monitors reactions using nine wavelengths, calculates results from absorbance data, and displays results on a screen and a convenient thermal roll-to-roll printer.
